Virgin Blue is one of Australia's newest air lines offering competitive air fares. Virgin broke into the Australian market in 2000 and has since been a dominant player in air travel. Although relatively new to the Australian market, their reputation for cheaper flights, a new attitude to flying, and fresh and clever marketing campaigns meant that their popularity increased quickly and has stayed strong throughout their short history.
The airline has grown considerably since its beginnings, and now boasts a fleet comprising thirty Boeing 737-800s, twenty-two Boeing 737-700s, five Embracer 190s and four Embracer 170 aircrafts.
